Payment

We accept PayPal payment and you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.

 

Standard Shipping Service

Orders typically arrive in less than 5-7 business days after being processed. However, delays may occur if the item is not currently in stock at Astrid’s studio in Killingworth, CT and needs to be ordered, a service provided to you by Astrid Couture. To ensure availability and accurate shipping time, please call Astrid’s studio directly at (860) 663-2403 prior to your purchase.

Standard orders are delivered by UPS or USPS Monday through Friday. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.

While we will do all that we can to ensure your shipment arrives on time Astrid Couture cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as severe weather.

 

Gift Service

If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know what you would like us to write (to fit on a postcard) in the “message to seller” during checkout.
